- Tohandle complete customer life cycle management of allocated accounts acrossLOBs of Mobile and FL and the entire range of products, services and solutions
- Toensure end to end service delivery for designated Solitaire accounts; meetingtheir requirement as per defined TAT and SLA
- Tobe the one point contact for coordinators at Corporate and ensure noescalations
- Tooperate in the service delivery framework and execute new service initiativesand programs to improve customer service experience and contributesignificantly in enhancing business performance.
